the room was clean and well equipped it seemed like a private beach with clear water i found it a very good place to relax the staff were hardworking and friendly they made my daughter's birthday meal perfect and created amazing memories
i didn't like waiting for an hour and a half past the check-in time my room was not cleaned properly and the air conditioner wasn't cooling well i had to request soap and shampoo

the breakfast had a great variety of options the food served in choices and rosso was delicious i also appreciate the chocolates that the staff provided for my kids

the hotel has an excellent recreational area with swimming pools and access to the beach the beach is very clean i found the lounge very convenient for quick meals and drinks

The room was clean. That met my expectations.
The breakfast was disappointing, and the employee behavior was negative. I asked for squeezed juice, but the machine broke. The chef told me the juice would be brought to the table, but after 20 minutes, the waiter said they couldn't bring it, and he was quite rude. the supervisor apologized and brought the juice, but i was shocked by the initial service.

The beach was clean. The hotel provides many lifeguards near the sea and pools, so it is safe for families. The valet parking service was efficient.
Security checks bags daily. This felt intrusive.
