fantastic family stay!

efficient staffelegant furnishingworkout routinetechnical issue

the staff greeted me warmly and efficiently handled all my needs. my spacious suite featured elegant furnishings with all the comforts i needed. the fitness center impressed me with its equipment, allowing me to keep up my workout routine.

there was a technical issue with the lights, so they would come on around 2 am. i turned them off, but they came on again an hour later. i didn't get any sleep that last night.

The suite included comfortable beds and a seating area, allowing everyone to relax. climate control worked well. It kept the temperature consistent throughout the day and night. there was also a small kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave, so snacks were easy.

the hotel is fantastic and rooms are clean. i booked a three-bedroom suite and it matched what i expected. staff members were friendly and polite and offered assistance. the pool was amazing and my kids enjoyed it a lot. i plan to book again when i revisit.

i wasn't thrilled with a few things. the bathroom felt really cramped. also, the shower didn't have a proper door, so water splashed everywhere. it made keeping the floor dry nearly impossible, annoying.
