perfect location efficient service bathroom door bottled water
the location is perfect! i walked to town in just five minutes. room service was super quick and efficient too! the staff helped me find a taxi right away, amazing. the food was also unexpectedly good.
the bathroom didn't have a door! it felt a little exposed. we also had to buy bottled water since you can't drink the tap water and they only give you two complimentary bottles a day!

cleaning standard friendly staff water bottles bathroom door
The cleaning standards were very high. I also used the complementary transport. It was available to and from the port. The staff felt amazing and friendly.
The hotel offers only two free water bottles daily. More water costs four dollars each. I also found there was no bathroom door which I do not like.

friendly staff good quality coffee
the staff was friendly and helpful! they brought my bags to and from my room because i worried about stairs. breakfast was delicious and the coffee was good quality.
I got only 2 free waters a day. Otherwise, they cost $4 each.
