i totally loved the free airport shuttle. chris, the driver, offered great tips. sofia was super helpful. she even booked restaurants and beach clubs for me. my room had an amazing view and housekeeping did a great job every day!
the breakfast could have included some more variety though.

Decent Stay with a Few Issues
obstructed viewsteep climb
I found a few things that were a bit disappointing. The room I booked was supposed to have a sea view, but a large building obstructed much of it. the advertised free shuttle to the center was not available, and the walk into town involved a very steep climb. This made getting around more difficult than I had anticipated. I ended up spending more on transportation. It was inconvenient.

The room was quite spacious and had a balcony.
The staff were not empathetic or smiling. This felt unwelcoming. Breakfast options seemed minimal, lacking a wide variety. The internet service was poor. I could not load boarding passes.
