This hotel is amazing! all the staff members are so kind and proactive. They speak english and spanish. they explain the hotel and the island to you upon arrival. the pools are useful on windy days. there is a pool bar and a gym. my room was big and comfortable. I got bags with towels for the beach! coffee and water were available in the room. i used the balcony to dry my clothes (it was so convenient!).

the family room i booked seemed a bit small considering the price (but it was still good!).

the staff booked taxis and restaurant reservations. they even gave helpful recommendations. i reminded me of a vip, especially at the beachside restaurant. they were genuinely happy to help.

the room offered a queen bed, a tv, a fridge, and a large safe (so handy!). there was also a coffee maker. the bathroom had a separate toilet from the shower. strong water pressure was available in the shower.

The breakfast was good! the staff were friendly. They upgraded my room on arrival. it was a PREMIUM triple room. The greek style was very luxurious and the space was ample.

The pool view, meant i Kept the curtains closed to avoid being seen. the space outside with the table had no privacy. There was nothing separating it from neighbors.
