the location was acceptable being near the seafront.
The room i occupied during my nights count proved disappointing. Its dimensions seemed smaller than advertised. furthermore, i observed several marks disfiguring the carpet, which detracted from the room's overall appeal. it presented a noticeable lapse in upkeep, particularly considering the hotel's purported standing.

charmed by the seaside stay!

the service started wonderfully, with seamless parking and luggage delivery directly to my room. throughout my stay, the staff remained attentive, eager to assist with any request. i found the breakfasts and dinners to be of high quality, each meal a good experience with several excellent choices. i was particularly impressed with the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities.
The room faced the street and i did notice some noise at night. It was quieter with the windows closed.

the staff provided fresh milk upon request and the breakfast service included freshly squeezed orange juice. attention to detail by the staff was AMAZING!!! they were friendly, but not intrusive, throughout my stay. i really appreciated the level of personalized care i received.

The restaurant food was fabulous. Breakfast was perfect. The hotel also has a good selection of cakes and sandwiches. Individual Victoria sponge cakes finished with cream and fresh strawberries are tops.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. My room was very comfortable and well appointed. The location is perfect, right on the Esplanade.
I did not appreciate having to pay extra for parking. We weren't helped with our luggage upon arrival. The room was disappointing. It was very small.
