valet parking superior room convenient location
The hotel offered valet parking. The service started immediately upon arrival. I stayed in a superior king room, and i found it gorgeous. The location was convenient for walking to various museums.
There were no complimentary water bottles provided in the room, and they were not for sale in the mini fridge.

Really good service and perfect location

quality service easy walking distance helpful staff
All of the staff were helpful and aimed to provide quality service. Haley at the front desk was very kind and ensured our stay was smooth. The location is great. Many restaurants are within easy walking distance.
The hotel charged an unexpected amenity fee on check out. It was for items we did not use. This should be explained during check-in.

The breakfast was fantastic. The pancakes were some of the best I have had. They were light and fluffy, with a syrup blend of maple and caramel. The lunch cocktails were also excellent. They were balanced and creative.
