Mixed Feelings About This Hotel

poor design hidden stairs

The room felt modern and fresh, unlike many hotels I have seen.

The hotel design was not great rooms faced directly into each other. I felt I needed to keep the blinds shut all the time for privacy. Check-in required me to re-enter information on a small iPad and it felt poorly designed. The stairs were hidden, which I find annoying in hotels.

the location was convenient the room featured large windows offering great views. the rooftop terrace provided a relaxing space perfect for evening relaxation. the staff members were consistently polite and helpful .

i didn't receive room service until late in the afternoon. i returned to my room at 4:30 pm i was too tired. i just requested new towels instead of a full room service.

the hotel was very clean! the staff was friendly. i liked the modern comfort of the hotel, it added to the relaxed atmosphere. i found the help from the staff to be really valuable.

the elevator wait times were a bit slow sometimes, a minor inconvenience.

Union station and the mall are easily accessible from the hotel. It is convenient. the area was clean and safe. there were not many shops or restaurants immediately nearby.

i tried the coffee shop inside the hotel! the quality of items was superb. the rooftop bar has great views. the hotel restaurant was unexpectedly closed once because of a leak.
