fresh fruitomelet stationshuttle service
The breakfast buffet was great. i especially loved the fresh fruit selection and the omelet station. The variety was excellent. our room was a standard double or twin room and it was super clean. the air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. the shuttle service to the beach was convenient. it saved us a lot of walking, especially with beach gear.
the gym was a bit small. and got crowded during peak hours.

the breakfast was acceptable, with a decent variety of options each morning.
The staff weren't friendly. One receptionist was almost rude. she was condescending and unhelpful. this was disappointing, considering the hotel's reputation. it really impacted our overall enjoyment.

fresh foodignored staffold furniture
the breakfast was acceptable i think. the food tasted fresh so it was fine.
i wasn't impressed with the service at the reception, i felt ignored when i came to check in. the staff seemed more interested in their own conversation. the furniture around the pool seemed old and crammed together, made relaxing difficult.

I found the staff to be a mixed bag. Some were helpful, but others weren't so friendly. The piano music two nights was too loud. It was clearly audible in my bedroom.

The breakfast had a good choice. The staff was efficient and friendly. The spacious rooms were very comfortable (I got the best sleep!).
The hotel did not provide additional drinking water in the rooms.
