ideal location marina view friendly staff poor cleanliness bathroom tiles coffee cups
The location was ideal on the Marina. I liked the Marina view. Good restaurants were within a short walk. The hotel staff was professional and friendly.
The cleanliness of the room was below standard. The bathroom tiles had hair. The duvet cover and towels had holes. Used coffee cups were not replaced after cleaning.

Standard stay. Some hiccups
old bathroom fixtures chaotic breakfast
The room was not up to par. I noticed significant wear and tear. the bathroom fixtures seemed old. the shower temperature fluctuated unexpectedly. the breakfast experience felt chaotic. the layout made navigating the buffet lines difficult, it was a stressful start to the day. the pool area was overcrowded. Finding a lounger was a challenge.

fantastic marina stay
marina location friendly staff
I found the location very nice near the marina. i appreciated the nice and neat rooms. i also enjoyed the excellent breakfast. There was a very large choice available. the staff were consistently friendly and professional.
i did find the pool area to be quite noisy. it was difficult to fully relax due to the constant music and activity. a designated quiet zone might improve the experience seeking tranquility.

the room featured comfortable beds (i slept like a log!) and a functional layout. it also included a well-stocked minibar and effective air conditioning. the room offered a beautiful marina view.

the pepper steakhouse provided amazing food with attentive service. breakfast offered a wide variety of options (especially the pastries!). i found the pool bar provided a good selection of drinks and light meals during the day.

staff members were polite and helpful throughout the hotel. the reception team assisted efficiently with all my requests. i noticed the housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness in all areas of the hotel.
