the staff was genuinely interested in making my stay enjoyable. the general manager set a cute tone with his kind attention to every guest. he is supported by an excellent team, including front desk staff, housekeepers, bellmen, and restaurant servers.

Room service had limited hours. It stopped at midnight. i would have appreciated it being available later.

the building sits in a good area of town. i found the location to have very good connection to other parts of the city. parque el retiro is within walking distance.

The room was beautiful and cozy i enjoyed a quiet night's sleep, and the blackout shades were effective. the bed was comfortable. I slept very well each night. i particularly enjoyed the linens.

Breakfast had great coffee. It tasted freshly brewed. the pastries were quite delicious. the rooftop patio added a great vibe. It gave a relaxing outdoor option with seating.
