i found the staff attentive and ready to assist with any requests. the hotel provided complimentary land rover service and village entry, quite convenient. i appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the efficient organization of parking arrangements despite limited space.
the breakfast hours felt limited, running only from 8:30 to 9:30 am. this. extending breakfast hours could improve convenience wanting a more relaxed start.

we had a really wonderful stay with the harbour view room offering great scenery i found the staff to be very nice they really were really good too make sure i had a nice visit the food was delicious and also good value
the bar was a little cold it lacked some atmosphere so maybe some gentle background music could help create a warmer environment
