the location is convenient to the beach and town. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. i liked the ample supply of coffee and tea.

the room was not serviced . i asked for fresh towels and for the bins to be emptied. the bedroom bin got emptied but the bathroom one did not.

there was no breakfast available at the hotel. i found at least one place nearby to get a tasty breakfast. the hotel provides a microwave for guest use.

staff provided a good supply of coffee, tea, and shampoo. a selection of crisps, sweets, and chocolates was available to purchase near reception. parking was available to the rear of the hotel.

The hotel was very clean. The room had a comfy bed. I also appreciated the fluffy towels and attention to detail. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They are cute.

the shower was a little too BASIC, and its doors was hard to close.

The manager was supportive. He was very helpful. Sarosh helped me carry my luggage to my room. He understood my needs. Staff availability is constant, 24 hours a day.

I received a very warm welcome upon arrival. The provision of complimentary toiletries, chocolates, biscuits, water, tea, and coffee was generous. Free parking added convenience (something I always appreciate). The manager was helpful and obliging .

The absence of breakfast service was a slight disappointment.

The room was quite spacious. The smart TV was a nice feature too.

The roof made noise throughout the night. I could hear when people walked upstairs and it was bothersome. The reception area also had some noise issues .
