wonderful getaway

clean gym massive pool nice room

the rooms were nice. i liked the pools, especially the big one. the fitness center was clean and had all the equipment needed for a good workout.

there were many dogs roaming freely, even near the kids play area. it bothered me a LITTLE. the hotel should perhaps consider designating pet-free zones.

the room size was good. it was clean and well-kept every day. i did like the sea view from my window. the daily cleaning service was always thorough and super clean.

this place is near rayong town. it is about 200 kilometers from bangkok international airport. the local market is only about 5-6 kilometers away. it's a convenient distance to many things.

disappointing selection overwhelmed staff

The swimming pool was spacious with deck chairs.

The breakfast selection seemed disappointing. The staff were overwhelmed, unable to manage the crowd effectively. It was a stressful start to the day.

spacious pool clean beach area excellent service

i found the infinity pool spacious with many deck chairs. the beach area in front of the hotel looked clean. i also liked the pool bar with its excellent service.

the gym was slightly small, though functional.
