The staff is friendly and helpful. the breakfast selection is vast and delicious. We definitely enjoyed starting our days this way. having netflix on the tv was a great bonus. I could hook up my own account!

the landscaping felt just slightly dated, but it hardly detracted from the overall experience.

the resort is situated directly on a beautiful bay with clear, warm water. snorkelling is awesome on the right side of the bay. it's like swimming in an aquarium.

the location had beautiful scenery i saw that even in bad weather it was a great experience the restaurant staff did a fantastic job and i appreciate their hard work to ensure guest comfort the gardens are beautiful

the beach felt a bit overcrowded and small i think there was not enough space for everyone i didn't feel a personal touch it seemed like a big chain hotel i was disappointed because i was hoping for a swimming pool it was not available to all guests
