decent stay overall
rooftop pool covered area helpful staff old furniture limited nightstand breakfast quality
The rooftop pool area was quite nice. there was a covered area and tables were available to sit outside. the reception staff was helpful and polite. They provided assistance with my queries. there was also a wide selection of options for breakfast. fresh fruit and salad options, alongside hot dishes, made it appealing.
I found the furniture to be quite old. there was only one nightstand next to the bed, not two, unusual.

cheerful staff city view easy access
the location is accessible to many places including malls and stores i could take a motorbike to beaches. the staff was helpful especially the room cleaner she was cheerful. i had a city view from my mini suite.
the pool area had a limited number of sunbeds making it difficult to find one.

room unavailability excessive charge
the rooms were cleaned everyday, acceptable.
My room was not ready. i assume it was because they'd rented it to someone else. i was charged 900 baht for a cup that i broke, though i later found out it should've been 300 baht. after that, nobody could understand english!!!
