cheerful staffcity vieweasy access
the location is accessible to many places including malls and stores i could take a motorbike to beaches. the staff was helpful especially the room cleaner she was cheerful. i had a city view from my mini suite.
the pool area had a limited number of sunbeds making it difficult to find one.

the rooms were cleaned everyday, acceptable.
My room was not ready. i assume it was because they'd rented it to someone else. i was charged 900 baht for a cup that i broke, though i later found out it should've been 300 baht. after that, nobody could understand english!!!
