fantastic stay!
spacious roomamazing partyfriendly staffgood vibe
My room was quite spacious and very nice. the new year's eve party was amazing. the staff was super friendly. I felt they really cared about us. the breakfast had many local choices included. i highly recommend this hotel, it has a good vibe.
the ac in the room made a terrible vibrating noise, it woke me up randomly every couple of hours. i reported the issue several times, but no maintenance happened.

the hotel boasts proximity to the beach and a nearby supermarket. uber rides to leblon are easy to arrange. the short walk to the beach takes only a few minutes offering a convenient escape to the ocean.

warm greetingsupportive staffamazing breakfast
The staff greeted me warmly and remained supportive . Romario was especially helpful throughout my visit. I enjoyed the many nice shops and restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast impressed me..
The gym is a little small.

clean facilityhot water
the staff was polite. the facility was clean. the food was good.
hot water did not work when i arrived and it took four trips to reception to get this fixed. it only worked about 24 hours later. i spent about two hours trying to get someone to fix it.
