slow room service

The room service was slow. i waited over an hour for a simple order, and when it finally arrived, it was cold. i specifically chose this hotel for its fitness facilities, so this omission was quite disappointing. Plus, the hotel surroundings felt unsafe at night. not exactly the relaxing experience i was hoping for.

the hotel has a great location close to the beach. my room was clean and quite spacious. i found the personnel to be helpful. i liked the breakfast and its variety of fruits.

the ac was a bit noisy , which sometimes disturbed my sleep.

the rooftop pool and bar were acceptable.

The room i was assigned was far from satisfactory. the housekeeping service was inconsistent. My bed sheets were not changed as requested, despite leaving notes in both english and portuguese. also, answering the phone for room service or assistance took an excessive amount of time. Sometimes it was over four minutes before someone picked up.
