The breakfast offered a great variety. The location proved very convenient for accessing key attractions. The staff were notably helpful and polite , addressing my needs promptly. I appreciated air conditioning throughout the hotel and in my room.
The lobby felt somewhat small and congested. I found no spa facilities available at the hotel. I was charged for a bottle of water , and this detail was not communicated during check-in.

i found the staff highly trained and attentive to every need. the location is superb, right on copacabana beach, with many restaurants and shops nearby. i also enjoyed the rooftop views, especially from the pool area, and i think background music there would be great too!
My only issue was the dusty room. While generally clean, the dust was noticeable. the rooftop bathrooms could use some attention too.

the room was quite spacious and well-equipped. it featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, which i thoroughly enjoyed. the bed was comfortable with nice linens, assuring a restful night's sleep after exploring all day.

great locationintimidating staff
the hotel has a great location directly on the beach.
i found the security cameras and the large number of staff in suits loitering in the lobby quite intimidating, it. my pajamas were taken by mistake by laundry and i had to fight to get it taken seriously. there was no apology or recognition of my inconvenience at check out.
