My room got upgraded to the Business section. This was a complete surprise, and it came with access to the Lounge. Complimentary beverages were available there. I also received a tray of treats upon arrival, unexpected. The customer care was excellent, and that's what I remember most.

I did notice the bathrooms need some updating, as the grout was missing in places. There was also some mold. I think they should be a priority.
