friendly staff well decorated rooms safe location reasonable price
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. i found the rooms to be very well decorated. the location felt quite safe and secure. I appreciated that. the airport pickup service was convenient and reasonably priced.
The check-in process was a bit slow. I encountered some minor delays.

caring staff clean room comfortable beds
i found every staff member perfect, from the kind people in the lobby to those working at the pool bar. rooms were tidy, and i slept well in the beds. the staff showed such care on our last day, especially towards my family.
The restaurant menu felt somehow limited. It could offer greater variety to those seeking flavors from around the world.

yellow stickers leaky coffee machine
The in-room coffee machine leaked. The pods didn't even fit right. the bathroom wasn't great either. the plastic stickers on the shower floor were yellow and looked old. They clearly hadn't been replaced for a while. i expected more attention to detail for the price i paid. i was really annoyed

The staff provided excellent service.. i found them professional and diligent. the location was perfect. It provided easy access to both international and domestic airports. the shuttle service offered was seamless and convenient.
i noticed some slight signs of wear and tear in the facilities.
