i found every staff member perfect, from the kind people in the lobby to those working at the pool bar. rooms were tidy, and i slept well in the beds. the staff showed such care on our last day, especially towards my family.
The restaurant menu felt somehow limited. It could offer greater variety to those seeking flavors from around the world.

The in-room coffee machine leaked. The pods didn't even fit right. the bathroom wasn't great either. the plastic stickers on the shower floor were yellow and looked old. They clearly hadn't been replaced for a while. i expected more attention to detail for the price i paid. i was really annoyed
