some issues during stay

poor water pressureexpensive laundry

i encountered some issues . the shower's water pressure was really bad, even after i asked them to fix it. it made showering quite difficult.. we had to make do. also, the hotel didn't have an ironing board, and the laundry service cost 30 cedi per shirt. that felt quite expensive and inconvenient.

the staff showed real attentiveness. they helped with everything i needed. the room i got had hot water always available in the shower. i really liked the pineapple juice at the restaurant.

some plug points need replacement. my plugs did not fit properly. i had to charge my devices at the front desk sometimes.

The staff were really good. Their customer service impressed me. I found everyone very helpful, from Caroline to Daniel and Owusu-Ansah. The gym features appropriate facilities and a good outdoor pool I saw. I especially liked the modern amentities and well decorated rooms.

The hotel is almost new, but I observed a lack of maintenance in some areas. The digital lock on my room DID NOT work, so i had to ask for help to open it.

The staff members are really good and the service is excellent. The team is very attentive. They ensured I was comfortable and assisted with all my needs. This dedication created a cute environment.
