i found the location very convenient being so close to the airport. a shuttle bus provided easy transport. the breakfast had a good selection and a very beautiful lobby area impressed me.

i found the room was not cleaned properly under the sofa and bed. there was a thick layer of dirt. no tea bags were available in the room either

The staff were great and helpful to me. the food was amazing and the room was a good size. the location was close to the forest with a nice waking route. This was an additional plus.

my room seemed not clean. it seems they have never cleaned under the sofa and bed. when i bent over and looked under furnitures, i saw a thick layer of dirt all over the places. there were no tea bags provided too.

i totally loved the hotel! the staff were amazing and all smiles. the convenience of an airport shuttle also was priceless (it saved me so much time!).

I missed a kettle in the room. It would have been nice to make tea.

I found the front desk staff to be very cute. The airport shuttle was convenient, running frequently. I liked that breakfast started early, at 4 AM, a plus for early flights.

Housekeeping needs to be requested daily.
