The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, i really appreciated that. my room was clean. the location is close to the airport. That was perfect for my early flight.
The room lacked tea or coffee making facilities. Not even bottled water was provided. i was shocked to pay for the shuttle bus to the hotel. it cost around £6 per person each way.

the breakfast buffet included a kids pancake area. i also saw a dedicated lacto-free and gluten-free area. the floor manager assisted me with the brown cheese slicer!
the bathroom seemed simple, not very modern, in comparison to the room itself.

poor soundproofinguncontrollable heating
The room was really disappointing, especially since it was supposedly a superior double room. the soundproofing was terrible. I heard every family yelling in the hallway, and it woke me up several times. plus, the heating was completely out of whack. it was freezing when i arrived, then suddenly, it was boiling hot in the middle of the night. i couldn't adjust it at all , , made for a very uncomfortable sleep.
