The room was very spacious and well-equipped. The location was central, with easy access to key attractions by foot, bus, or metro. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, especially several well-prepared chinese dishes. I found the front desk team warm and quite helpful.

I found checkout slow. The staff seemed unprepared for simple requests. A deposit was not returned at checkout. I had to dispute the charge later. This wasted valuable time.

the room had state-of-the-art lighting.. blinds worked well and fixtures added a nice touch. the bathroom was especially gorgeous, and the bed provided great comfort .

I found the staff helpful and very professional. They spoke english very well. the location suited me, close to a subway station, a great bonus. i also liked the traditional chinese art displayed throughout the hotel. It added a cultural element.
