subway station helpful staff rude receptionist hard location

The hotel offered proximity to the subway station, very convenient. We will come again next time.

The receptionist laughed at us, I did not appreciate that. It was difficult to locate the hotel. I used the messaging service, but I did not receive a reply. During our visit, we got electrocuted by the lift buttons. This happened four times, and we stayed only one night.

convenient location friendly staff small room stained carpet

the hotel location was a plus. wangfujing street was in walking distance, it was very easy to explore the area. staff where friendly, and ready to help.

my room was very small, maybe the photos are not representing that correctly. the hallway carpets need to be replaced, i seen a lot of stains.

I loved how close it was to the subway station. the room was very clean, the bathroom too! staff were really friendly. I even got a late check out.

I didn't like not having enough space to store luggage. There were no drawers or hangers! also, the breakfast wasn't great. they didn't have tea or coffee.
