The suite had a huge size at 90m squared. The resort grounds felt spacious, the main pool was notably large and heated. Staff were a standout feature. They were friendly, helpful, and courteous at all times.

The hotel location is not ideal, as it is far from the beach. The swimming area is small and pier access is limited. There was often a queue to enter the water.

The location was not ideal. this hotel is far from the beach, unlike what i expect from a five-star hotel. the single working pier had long queues. I was disappointed that the other pier was out of service.
