proactive call very nice view smart tv

the staff showed great care . ms an's proactive call about my flight change was excellent i have never seen that level of care in 30 years of travel. the room offered an very nice view of the sea. the smart tv allowed access to netflix and spotify which was a plus.

the elevator service was sometimes slow especially during peak hours with tour groups causing a wait.

warm staff efficient staff comfortable bed limited sunbeds hotel location inadequate number

the hotel staff were warm. they were also efficient. the room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. the breakfast had a good variety on both the 3rd and 28th floors.

the location is pretty good. it is across the road from the quiet part of the beach. only 6 sunbeds were available for the whole hotel. this is totally inadequate for the number of guests staying at this hotel.

The room provided an very nice view allowing us enjoyment of the sea even from the bathtub. Culinary offerings included a delicious breakfast and good afternoon tea on the rooftop terrace. I appreciated the convenient location right opposite the beach. Staff members were nice. They helped arrange an early check-in.

the breakfast buffet provided excellent value it had asian choices with a wide variety each day the top deck has an infinity pool the skyline and ocean views were fantastic from there

the balcony doors were not sealed well cigarette smoke from the next door units seeped into the room the room had a noticeable odor of second hand cigarettes

inconsistent staff slow wifi

the breakfast was good.

I found the front desk staff inconsistent. some gave conflicting information, and there seemed to be an avoidance of firm answers. the wifi was slow. I struggled to even access the internet.
