i stayed with my family in two connecting rooms facing the sea. the sunrise view from the rooms was beautiful. breakfast offered many choices, and we enjoyed dinner at the rooftop restaurant..
we expected a beachfront experience, but it is a city hotel overlooking the beach. crossing a busy road is necessary to reach the public beach. the description online was somewhat misleading regarding beach access.

The hotel is close to the beachwith easy access for morning walks. I found the room service to be prompt and the meals were delivered hot. The air conditioning worked perfectly, maintaining a consistently comfortable temperature. The provided toiletries were generously sized and of high quality. I appreciated that. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including both western and local dishes. I enjoyed the fruit selection.. it was always fresh and well-presented. The hotel offered complimentary bottled water daily and the housekeeping staff kept the room very clean. Check-in was efficient. I received a welcome drink upon arrival. The staff were always available to assist with any requests, from providing extra towels to arranging transportation. I particularly appreciated the attentiveness of the concierge. The in-room safe was easy to use and provided peace of mind for storing valuables. The blackout curtains ensured a dark room for sleeping. I appreciated the availability of international power adapters at the front desk.

convenient location sea view frantic staff amplified noise
i found the location to be quite convenient. several restaurants were nearby. the room featured a sea view, this was certainly a plus.
the staff looked somewhat frantic during check-in. i experienced a slight delay. the hallways are tiled and amplified noise. voices echoed from other residents especially early.

scooter parking easy controls floor-to-ceiling windows
The hotel room had floor-to-ceiling windows. they provided excellent views. i found secure scooter parking in the basement, a great convenience. the shower controls were easy. Push-button operation meant no fiddling with knobs.
the pool isn't heated and closes rather early at 7:00pm.

the front desk staff was helpful. i needed assistance, and they promptly helped me. the porters were also attentive and quick with luggage assistance, which i appreciated.

i spent three night here. staff was consistently kind. they were professional, helpful. the location is good. it is just across the road from the beach, perfect for walks. the Italian dishes tasted amazing. it was a pleasant experience. i would stay again.
the pool have few sunbeds. they were always occupied, even when guests were in rooms. there are kids running. they are screaming at noise. you cannot hear partner next to you.

friendly staff clean room excellent location
the staff was friendly and helpful. the room was super clean and cozy with a view of the ocean. i found the location excellent, within walking distance to many restaurants (i especially liked the local seafood places).
the pool closed quite early at 8:00 pm, which limited our time for evening swims.
