i scored a sweet free upgrade to a suite and it was totally perfect i really wish i could have stayed longer i got to use the gym and the equipment was some of the best i have seen around europe the hotel styling was super funky and boutique the rooms had lg tvs with usb ports i found usb ports everywhere

the wifi in my room was super weak i asked the staff but they had no real solution for this and that was unfortunate

the evening food from the pizza restaurant was top notch i think it was some of the best pizza i have eaten at european hotels they did a great job.

the location was perfect just outside the busy city centre i found it easy to go everywhere around it there were also lots of public transport options for getting into the centre of town.

i found the rooms to be loft style and very well designed. the hotel has many links to the country including artwork. the staff members were friendly and helpful. restaurant food portions were large and tasty, a great bonus!

The hotel sits on a main avenue. There can be considerable noise when the windows are open.

The air conditioning was very noisy to use. the staff did not seem interested in addressing this issue. the hotel also did not provide tea or coffee in all rooms. We were told we were not entitled to a kettle initially.

I appreciated the welcome box my dog received. It was a thoughtful touch. The reception staff was helpful and very nice. The room was beautiful and clean. It had everything i needed.

a minor issue was that the hotel is a bit outside of the city center, though public transport is easily accessible, good!
