The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night, i slept soundly. the in-room coffee and tea facilities were a welcome touch. I could relax with a warm drink at any moment. the modern bathroom included plush towels, these felt luxurious after a long day! the room's design created a peaceful atmosphere.

the breakfast had a rich variety, meeting many needs. the room included facilities like a kettle for hot beverages, a clothes iron, a hairdryer and a safe box.
i found food and beverage staff not friendly. i found a piece of plastic on the salad and i informed the waiter, but he did not apologize.

i was frustrated by several aspects of my stay the air conditioning in my room was not effective. i also found the breakfast to be quite disappointing. the selection seemed limited and the quality did not meet my expectations i expected better from this hotel. it was annoying to deal with these issues

A basic fridge was in the room in addition to a kettle. The room was very QUIET, even during a thunderstorm. Staff members were friendly and accommodating.
I found that the bathroom was a bit TOO small.

The breakfast had various choices and everything tasted fresh. The location suited my needs because I could easily reach the center by public transport. The staff was friendly and helpful. They provided quick responses to my requests.
The room's carpet had a specific smell. It felt unclean. The window did not open, I had to rely on air conditioning. The sofa bed felt very uncomfortable.
