fantastic getaway

attentive staff nice visit

the staff were very attentive, especially irvin and canelo at the tequila swim-up bar. .). the food was good, and the amenities were also good.

room service was a little underwhelming. both menu variety and speed of service could improve. basic items like toothbrushes were also unavailable which surprised me.

The food was consistently good. there was a diverse selection at the buffet, so everyone found something appealing. the restaurants offered a pleasant dining experience with attentive service, and i especially enjoyed the steak house.

The room was always very clean. housekeeping did a great job each day. My junior suite offered sufficient space. the amenities were well kept .

The service at this hotel was excellent. the staff were always helpful and quick to respond to requests. The personnel around the pool area were really kind (especially rodolfo) and quick with drinks, greatly appreciated.
