a reasonably modern hotel experience

good foodnice barroom smelldirty sheets

i found the location good. the hotel provided a nice bar area to relax in. it also had good food on offer. i did see the swimming pool, and it looked inviting.

the room i stayed in had a noticeable smell. also, the bed sheets did not seem very clean to me. the bathroom showed mold around the bath, which i reported to reception.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items. I also spent some time at the outdoor pool. The water was heated, and there were plenty of lounge chairs around.

the gym equipment felt a little dated.

the receptionist spoke excellent english. All staff members were professional, especially at check-in. They were attentive and quick to address requests I made. The service throughout my stay was consistent.

I found the on-site restaurant convenient. it offered a lovely evening meal plus dessert. I enjoyed the selections. a big plus was the complimentary water station in the lobby, a really thoughtful touch after a long day. i loved the pool. It was nice and warm.

The room, though functional, had a slight musty smell. This was noticeable upon entry.
