clean rooms helpful staff

the hotel is well kept. clean rooms add to a nice ambiance. i found the staff helpful.

the lighting in the room was poor, with only one switch for room and hallway lights.

the reception staff were friendly.

I found the room lighting to be insufficient. There was only one switch for the room and hallway lights. i was unable to control the heating properly, except by opening the window. this meant anyone in the office building across could see into my room. the carpet had dirty stains.

transportation system good location clean room spacious bathroom small rooms breakfast variety poor breakfast air conditioning

the hotel's location is convenient. it is well connected with the transportation system (i found it very easy to travel). the room was clean. the bathroom had plenty of space.

the rooms are on the smaller side. it was hard to move around with luggage. breakfast lacked variety. the air conditioning made the hotel too hot (it was quite uncomfortable).
