the room i got was small and i did not see any window. it felt really claustrophobic. i also asked for an extra pillow multiple times but never got one it was quite frustrating because i have neck problems and really needed it to sleep well

the staff provided really good service, i was always greeted with warmth and kindness. mert, the manager, did everything possible to. the hotel services were perfect, and attention to detail was excellent.

the room was quite small and lacked natural light, i found this a bit confining. also, the noise from nearby street traffic was noticeable, it slightly disrupted my sleep.
