attentive staff perfect location

The staff was cute. the room was impeccably clean. we had complimentary beverages every night. That was a nice touch. the hotel is perfectly situated making it easy to access nearby attractions.

the parking was expensive though the location was perfect!

the location was convenient. i could easily walk to the main attractions. the staff offered umbrellas during a rainy day. the room included complimentary water bottles daily.

the room i was assigned was quite small. it also lacked a window, feel a bit stuffy. noise from nearby establishments was noticeable at times.

I found the staff VERY helpful, always keen to. Mert, the manager, WAS great. The other guy at reception was even greater, though I don't recall his name. I can ABSOLUTELY recommend this place.

The room size was a bit smaller than I anticipated. Storage space was somewhat limited. I hope they consider optimizing room layouts.

the room i got was small and i did not see any window. it felt really claustrophobic. i also asked for an extra pillow multiple times but never got one it was quite frustrating because i have neck problems and really needed it to sleep well

the new hotel offered clean room. friendly staff provided helpful assistance. i got great recommendations for restaurants. staff arranged affordable airport transport for me.

the elevator was somewhat slow at peak times.

really good service warm greeting excellent attention small room street traffic limited elevator

the staff provided really good service, i was always greeted with warmth and kindness. mert, the manager, did everything possible to. the hotel services were perfect, and attention to detail was excellent.

the room was quite small and lacked natural light, i found this a bit confining. also, the noise from nearby street traffic was noticeable, it slightly disrupted my sleep. the limited elevator capacity often resulted in short waits.
