There were no robes provided for such a high price point I think robes should be standard. I was only told upon arrival that the shuttle bus would not be running the next morning so I had to book and pay extra for a taxi

The room had great space. It was exactly what I needed for a few days. I was also glad about having the washing machine and dryer. Sergio and the front desk team were helpful. A bottle of bubbly on my birthday was so thoughtful, I found it very special.

The lounge cushions were filthy. So I didn't sit on the lounge .

The suite accommodated my group with two large bedrooms and two bathrooms! Big, comfy beds ensured a great night's sleep. I appreciated the balcony, a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the fresh air. Thoughtful amenities included toiletries, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, and laundry liquid.

The lounge cushions seemed a bit worn. I chose not to sit on the lounge .

The staff were friendly and greeted you upon seeing you. They were quite helpful, addressing all requests with grace! Pool, spa, and sauna opening and closing hours were good. I found them quite convenient.

Near the train station, there is a plaza filled with supermarkets, restaurants, and a variety of shops! It was convenient for all our needs, whether grabbing groceries or dining out. I went there every day!
