underwhelming stay

the location was acceptable. it was close to many attractions, admittedly.

the bed was possibly the worst i have ever slept on. it was rock hard and i did not get a wink of sleep! i woke up sore and aching. that's sarcasm.

My room was a luxury king room, and it featured a very spacious layout. The bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.

The minibar prices felt slightly high.

helpful staff ideal location efficient check-in

I found the staff very helpful . The location was ideal. I was able to walk to many destinations and public transport was easily accessible. I really liked the smooth check-in process, it was very efficient and accommodating.

The gym facilities were limited for a hotel of this caliber.

My room included quality linens and modern decor. The room size was adequate , allowing for comfortable movement and relaxation. I did not experience any issues related to noise or disturbances.
