the location was acceptable. it was close to many attractions, admittedly.

the bed was possibly the worst i have ever slept on. it was rock hard and i did not get a wink of sleep! i woke up sore and aching. that's sarcasm.

I found the staff very helpful . The location was ideal. I was able to walk to many destinations and public transport was easily accessible. I really liked the smooth check-in process, it was very efficient and accommodating.

The gym facilities were limited for a hotel of this caliber.
