lovely hotel stay!

games floor fine view

the pool and games floor kept us entertained. the view from my room was really fine too. i really enjoyed the location it was beautiful.

the shower in my room lacked a proper seal so water escaped onto the floor after each use. it wasn't a huge problem but something that could be easily fixed.

i found a coffee shop inside the hotel offering coffee and snacks it was very convenient. it is a great addition for a quick bite or caffeine fix before heading out for the day or after a long day.

my room included a king bed. the room was clean and cozy. there were some common spaces available that allows you to hang out and play games so you don't feel like you have to stay in the room all the time.

the location had great views. it was nice to have complimentary parking. the concierge, danielle, helped us plan our days and listened to the kinds of things we wanted to do.

the shower only ran hot water so it could not be used.

decent stay, a few hiccups

mountain view nice pool hotel bathrobe unaware staff missing table unclean carpet

the mountain view from the room was definitely a highlight. the pool was also nice, it was not too crowded . the hotel provides bathrobes in the room, i found this a nice touch.

The staff didn't seem to know about all the room options. i had to show them the room features on their own website. my room lacked a dining table i had expected. the carpet seemed not to have been vacuumed well. My daughter's toy picked up a lot of hair from it.
