The facility felt new and clean. The shampoo, conditioner, and soap smelled wonderful! The front office was available 24/7, always ready to assist. I appreciated the free bus passes. The parking slots felt very accessible. The hot pools were amazing.

The fan heating system in the room was quite noisy, difficult to sleep well for a couple of nights. Still, overall the hotel was excellent.

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom also was quite spacious. i especially loved the fresh coffee. the hotel gave bus passes, so i did not have to worry about driving.

I found the heating system in the room quite noisy. It made it hard to sleep well.

the hotel offers a convenient location near local transport, with a stop right in front of the hotel. this made it easy to access different attractions without needing a car, and i found the area peaceful. it was great.

The hotel staff was very professional and friendly. It's a fact. i particularly appreciated having two sinks in the room. this detail made sharing the space with others much more convenient for getting ready each day.

the room provided fresh coffee for brewing in-room with a pour-over filter. the on-site restaurant offered great food. i noted local company soaps in the room which was a nice detail.

the noisy fan heating system. it affected my plans for skiing on the last day because i was too tired. i also found the hotel layout confusing because buildings are on different levels. i noticed not enough signs to guide to the ski locker or garage.
