super stay

mobile key great location various items gentle girl

I liked the mobile key feature. I did not have to worry about losing a physical key. the breakfast included various items. the location is great, close to metro, tram, and bus stations. the girl at the reception was gentle, she guided me through the digital check-in process.

the door is broken, it is hard to close. the sound insulation is super poor, i could hear the neighbor. heating isn't good inside, there is no radiator. there is no daily room cleaning.

Dining

9/10

the breakfast area provided a selection of pastries, cereals, and fresh fruit. coffee, tea, and juice were readily available during breakfast hours. i found the offerings to be satisfactory for a quick start to the day.

Facilities

8/10

a gym is on-site with treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights for guest use. a shared kitchen is available with stovetops, microwaves, and refrigerators. laundry facilities are present, they include washing machines and dryers.

Location

10/10

The hotel has direct access to public transportation. Tram stops are right outside. there are several restaurants and cafes within a short walking distance from here. the central train station is accessible by public transport.

Rooms

9/10

my room included a kitchenette with a sink, refrigerator, and kettle. the room had a small desk and chair for working. a wardrobe offered storage space for clothing and luggage, this helped keep the area tidy.

tram station pizza place free coffee

The tram station is conveniently located right in front of the building! A really good pizza place is directly at the hotel. That exceeded my expectations. The lobby provides complimentary coffee and tea. some extras!

The check-in procedure wasn't very professional.
