THE location WAS central with easy access to many places. The room had a comfortable bed. The staff left chocolates in the room FOR my anniversary, a thoughtful touch.

The room felt basic and needed updates. The blanket was very thin and inadequate for winter. I was woken up by a leaf blower outside early in the morning.

the air conditioning unit was excessively noisy all night, seriously disrupting my sleep. initially, the noise seemed manageable when the a/c started. however, once it ran fully, it generated significant loud noises that repeatedly woke me. this.

The staff surprised us with chocolate for our anniversary I appreciated that. The location is fantastic the rooms are very clean. The beds are comfortable. Our stay WAS nice. The lounge area HAS a restaurant. It's convenient. The outdoor HEATED pool is amazing. The spa offers relaxing treatments I recommend it.

The a/c IS quite loud. I had some trouble sleeping because of it. It makes noise when it runs at full speed this did wake me up. It is a minor inconvenience though. I still enjoyed my stay.

the breakfast in the lounge/bar and restaurant included many choices. the heated pool and hot tub were a nice retreat after a busy day.

i noticed the air conditioning made a very loud noise. i could not sleep well because of this problem. it needs maintenance.

Check-in proceeded seamlessly with attentive staff. The room had an updated, cozy design. I also valued the secure parking that were provided for me as a guest.

The breakfast experience was undermined by vacuuming noises. This activity started for no apparent reason during my meal. Such disturbances can diminish the overall morning.
