the breakfast was wonderful, and included many options. the staff was polite and did a great JOB. the location is perfect if you want to be close to the city center.

the hotel had an odd smell WHEN i walked in. the yoga mat i used to stretch on had a sweat stain.

the staff was always kind and willing to assist. the rooms were very clean and luxurious. i enjoyed the excellent breakfast and dinner. food was very tasteful with attention to details.

the lobby area had an unpleasant smell. the lift area also smelled of cigarettes. the carpet in my room was old and didn't smell nice, the washroom area was small. the shower worked slowly.

adequate room and minor tram issues

spacious room high quality breakfast passing trams small beds

the room was spacious. it was also impeccably clean. breakfast had high quality ingredients. access in and out was effortless because location is fantastic.

the hotel cant do anything there, but everything shakes because of the passing trams. this happened all night. they put two small beds together when i asked for a large double bed.
