the staff was always kind and willing to assist. the rooms were very clean and luxurious. i enjoyed the excellent breakfast and dinner. food was very tasteful with attention to details.

the lobby area had an unpleasant smell. the carpet in my room was old and didn't smell nice, the washroom area was small. the shower worked slowly.

the room was spacious. it was also impeccably clean. breakfast had high quality ingredients. access in and out was effortless because location is fantastic.

the hotel cant do anything there, but everything shakes because of the passing trams. this happened all night. they put two small beds together when i asked for a large double bed.
