the location is excellent. I could easily walk to main attractions. the staff were amazing and always ready to help. i especially liked the comfortable and well-designed room. It had everything i needed.

i found my room ai-connected, a feature i appreciated. the self-service butler on my floor was innovative , and i made use of it. the concierge provided helpful city navigation information and arranged transportation as needed. i enjoyed the spa and wellness center and also got a massage.

lovely poolcentral locationair conditioning
I accessed the lovely swimming pool and sauna. Both were great. The breakfast offered many choices and was very good. I appreciated the hotel's central location in the city. The gym was also quite good for a hotel. The pool was lovely though more for chilling than actual swimming.
I feel that some details could be reconsidered. The air conditioning was not working properly. I opened the windows. The room was above the bar stock area. I heard crates being slammed early in the morning.

the room was super modern. i had complete control of the curtains electronically, it was excellent. fresh fruit welcomed me in the room. snacks were there too!
The gym was a bit small. But overall there were no real negatives.

The gym had several treadmills and stationary bikes. i found complimentary water bottles in my room daily. the hotel provided valet service. A really nice touch.
The cocktail list at the rooftop bar was somewhat limited. Though i still found a drink i liked!

the location was convenient. it was around the corner from the city center. the hotel is modern and easy to access. everything we wanted to see was within walking distance.
The rooms are very SMALL. the cleanness of the room was ok. One day they did not replace our bathrobes. then we asked and they brought them, but it was without the belt. there was no shaving kit or dental kit.
