a satisfactory experience
helpful staff cute staff high care level dirty linen brown stain dump site
the team working there really made everything even better. they were so helpful and cute! i am pleased with the level of care in this place. i am totally going back.
the room linen seemed dirty and had not been changed. i noticed a big brown stain on the sheets. the room looked over a dump site.

attentive staff personalized recommendations
I found the staff great. names like franklin come up often, it is easy to see why. He goes above and beyond with personalized recommendations (he called after i checked out to inform me i had forgotten an item of clothing).
the room linen was not perfectly super clean.

free bar perfect stay helpful staff
the staff greeted me upon arrival as i parked. franklin, anticipating my needs. the lounge offers a free bar (a luxurious touch!). the rooms are spacious and well-equipped.
the room linen had stains on the sheets i noticed. this was a bit disappointing.
