a decent place

staff member courteous made to order uber short ride bins not emptied bath robes lack inadequate

the breakfast was made to order each morning. the staff was courteous. the room was very very comfy and tidy. it was a short uber ride to the cbd. the uber arrives within 5 minutes of a call.

the bins weren't emptied when i arrived. there were no bath robes. there was no slippers.

coffee absence staff disengagement

i am feeling a little let down with my experience. the absence of tea and coffee facilities in the room really bothered me. i expect this now, and it was inconvenient to go elsewhere for a simple thing. also, i found the lack of engagement from staff upon my departure quite strange. it seemed like a missed opportunity for them to gather feedback, and i felt unseen.
