coffee absencestaff disengagement

i am feeling a little let down with my experience. the absence of tea and coffee facilities in the room really bothered me. i expect this now, and it was inconvenient to go elsewhere for a simple thing. also, i found the lack of engagement from staff upon my departure quite strange. it reminded me of a missed opportunity for them to gather feedback, and i felt unseen.
