Decent stay , some minor issues

herb tea friendly staff cinema room turn-down service inattentive waiter evening team

I appreciated the herb tea left in my room, crafted from their own garden. The staff were polite and friendly. The cinema room was a great option on a rainy day. The breakfast variety was also excellent.

I noticed a lack of turn-down service. I also observed the butlers and waiters were not very attentive. During the evening shift, the team seemed lost and did not provide adequate service to the guests.

The complimentary breakfast was super luxurious. they even gave complimentary wines. the outdoor shower added such a cool touch. The cinema downstairs was a nice surprise too!!

the wi-fi signal was a bit weak in some areas. apply, twice.

Tranquil Stay With Excellent Food

fresh fruits creative dinners secluded patio

I found breakfast featured many options and fresh fruits. The chef prepares creative dinners with vegan, meat, or fish choices. I appreciated my spacious room and secluded patio.

A few flies and bugs were in my room and cleaning only happened once per day.

The hotel is beautifully located at the bottom of a mountain. The location provides very nice views and a serene environment. Hout Bay and Constantia are a short drive away, very convenient.

The breakfast buffet provides many choices. The chef offers vegan, meat, or fish dishes each day. Many ingredients are cultivated on the grounds. The dishes tastes fresh and healthy.

My room featured a secluded patio which I used. The room felt very homely and private. The outdoor shower was a plus for the experience. The tea in the room uses herbs from the garden.

The gym is well-equipped with Techno Gym equipment. The spa treatments were some of the best I have had. The cinema room offers additional entertainment. The pool and plunge pool felt wonderful.

The hotel had attention to detail. the facilities included a well equipped gym. the chef prepared excellent meals. Breakfast included variety. the staff was very cute. and helpful. the therapists were very qualified. they provided top quality yoga. and massage sessions.

i noticed a slight smell of damp in the wine cellar.

the mountain view villa was exquisite , a perfectly formed home. there were so many spots to feel cozy and be at peace. the gym is well equipped , and the massages i had were really good.

i noticed a lack of organization among the evening staff, they seemed uncertain and did not attend to guests effectively. turn down service was also absent, a feature i expect. the butlers and waiters did not offer the level of engagement i anticipated.
