helpful staff lovely balcony comfortable mattress

I found the hotel staff very helpful. They greeted me with a smile and offered information about nearby currency exchange offices. I found this particularly useful. The room interior included a lovely balcony. The king-size bed was spacious. The mattress and pillows were also very comfortable. The breakfast area was quite lovely and the staff treated my child with kindness. They gave her a balloon and a cute gift. I am very grateful.

The bathroom was a bit small. I noticed the towels felt damp because the fan in the bathroom wasn't working properly. The price should match the performance.

attentive staff variety breakfast central location coffee order

i found the staff to be very attentive . the breakfast included a lot of variety. i could order my coffee exactly as i liked it (iced latte). the location is very central (old quarter).

the bathroom was a bit small (not a dealbreaker). bath towels felt slightly damp because the bathroom fan didn't work.
