Okay Stay, Some Issues

inconsistent egg stationfar room

The room was quite far from the main areas like the restaurant and reception. (Guess I needed my walking shoes!) the room didn't quite meet my expectations regarding comfort. It wasn't awful, but not exactly luxurious. Breakfast was just ok. The egg station was inconsistent. I definitely expected more variety.

The location was great. i liked the deck that overlooks the waterhole. Elephants came to drink there. the rooms are spacious, with a coffee station and a bar fridge.

the tv could not be viewed from the beds. there were no conditioners, only shampoo and body wash available!

The game drives were fantastic.

The service staff lacked friendliness and were almost rude at times. This really ruined the experience. The food quality was average on the second night of my stay, and management did not address my concerns adequately. The game drive vehicles needed maintenance.

such a amazing experience!

The game drive amazed me. i loved the boma, it's such a unique experience! i found the staff so cute and friendly, especially the receptionists and porters. the grounds were meticulously maintained and the lodge's location is fantastic. It sits right next to the national park.

the instant coffee packets in the room were a bit of a letdown! i needed my real coffee fix.

The lodge boasts very nice proximity to the park entrance, facilitating quick access for early morning game drives. This saved considerable travel time. additionally, the surrounding landscape offered scenic views visible directly from certain vantage points within the hotel.

The hotel features multiple pools, including one equipped with a water slide. This is perfect for families. there is also a tennis court and a mini-golf course! a secret tunnel leads to a hide overlooking a waterhole.
