river location excellent service sunrise cruise

I felt charmed by the location along the Zambezi river. The staff demonstrated excellent service, i found them friendly and willing to assist. i booked sunrise and sunset cruises. The river offered views of crocodiles, elephants, and many bird species. The resort provides a true Zambian experience.

I noticed many mosquitoes during my mornings. The air conditioner in the room did not function properly. The hotel front seemed like a forest upon arrival. Some landscaping seemed necessary.

The resort sits right on the Zambezi river border, which gives amazing views. i saw hippos directly from my room. It felt very nice. The setting gave a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

The staff greeted me warmly and provided perfect service from arrival. Lister and Rogers form a fantastic duo. Each gets five stars. the manager Samuel Sakuhuka helped to ensure my experience exceeded what i expected.

wonderful location clean pool good breakfast poor dinner unengaged staff unfriendly staff

The hotel's location near the river IS wonderful. I appreciated seeing wildlife from the riverbank. The pool area was clean and well kept. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices.

I ordered dinner one evening, and the local food was not good. the manager apologized for the bad meal. The staff seemed unengaged and sometimes even unfriendly. I think they need more training on guest interaction.

new resort helpful staff amazing venue hippo view

the hotel felt so new. the staff showed readiness to help making sure i remained comfortable. the venue felt amazing with a five star experience. i saw hippos near my room. this was amazing. breakfast had so many choices.

i had to wait some time for getting shampoo. it did cause a little inconvenience initially.

the hotel includes places for card games. there is a tennis court for sports. a mini golf area adds more recreation ensuring varied options are available to all guests, i noticed its wonderful integration to local nature.

Amazing Zambezi Getaway!!!

fine hotel luxury feel helpful staff

The hotel was fine! The pool overlooks the Zambezi River. It was like pure luxury. I must mention Naomi helped with excursion bookings. A river cruise is a MUST. The dinner on the bridge between Zambia and Zimbabwe will remain a highlight.

The restaurant service was a little slow sometimes.

The grounds were impeccably maintained. The hotel is modern and tastefully decorated. The pool is a stunner. A children's activity area and mini-golf area look like a lot of fun for families.

The staff were beyond friendly and were pretty good. Sheila provided great customer service making our stay comfortable. Chipo the chef was great with the food. Philemon was very helpful at the poolside.

disinterested staff long wait

the location was acceptable it provided easy access to nearby attractions

the service was a real letdown staff often seemed disinterested and unhelpful i waited over an hour for a simple meal one evening the restaurant even ran out of basic salad ingredients it made dining an unpleasant experience
