air conditioning was not working in my room. a floor-standing unit was brought to cool the room, BUT this unit leaked, causing the carpet to get wet.

the room had a nespresso coffee machine , and they provided complimentary water bottles. the food at the restaurant was very good , and they accommodated my needs.

i was followed by security guards who told me they had 'sensed' that i had taken a gym towel.
